Returns & Refunds Policy

At housesaliance, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item and receive a refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Returns

For most online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without having to provide a reason.

After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you must return the item within 14 days.

Returned items should be in an appropriate condition. You may inspect and handle the item as you reasonably would in a shop. Unnecessary use or handling that reduces the value of the item may affect the amount refunded.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received, or you have provided evidence that it has been sent back, we will process your refund within 14 days, in accordance with applicable UK law.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For eligible cancellations, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded. Any additional cost from choosing a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded beyond the standard delivery cost.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind return, the cost of returning the item may be the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

Certain products may not qualify for the standard cancellation right where an applicable legal exception applies, including personalised or custom-made goods and certain sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
